From "help warcry":

Syntax: warcry [optional message]

This command produces the warcry. Skilled riders can produce loud rallying cries based on their leadership skill. For a short while after, each party member's main combat skills will be temporarily boosted as morale goes up. Only members in the room are affected, and the rider's skills are not boosted.

To set your message, "set warcry For Beer and Glory!".
