"Spam" is the term used to describe the excessive use of channels,
says, emotes, and other communication verbs.
Spamming usually involves repeating the same command over and over again to generate multiple messages, but it can also include sending an overly lengthy text (known as flooding)
Spam is still spam whether it is directed at a single person or a group, or broadcast generally without a specific target.
Spam in any form is illegal.
