Syntax: shiv <name>
A shiv is a short bladed knife meant for stabbing motions only. No self respecting sniffer would be without at least one bootknife. This skill is used during combat to quickly pull your boot knife and stab the bastard you are fighting, generally requiring some skill as a sniffer and maybe a bit of desperation to pull off.
