From "help reward":
Players are rewarded for their helpful bug, idea, and typo reports. In order to claim these rewards, a player must go to certain places of worship and pray. Such places include the cemetery near Rhosgobel and the temple in Bywater.
You must remember that only helpful reports are rewarded, for reports that are unhelpful to Ainur cannot hope to improve Arda. Generally, mail will be sent to a player regarding the report.
