Orcish (also acceptably spelled Orkish) is a blanket term for the many dialects of the Orcs. These vary widely between regions and tribes, making it virtually impossible for anyone to be entirely fluent in it, even with the assistance of the 'comprehend' spell. Many words are borrowed from the Black Speech, due no doubt to Sauron's implementation of Black as a universal tongue for his slaves. A woodsman of Mirkwood has made a study of the Orcish babble, and another trainer can be found in fallen Osgiliath.
