Old shiny badge
From t2twiki
An old shiny badge is an autoloading item that was given to sheriffs when the profession was removed. There is no other method of obtaining it. It can be destroyed but not dropped, given away, or otherwise transferred to another character. It is identical to the sheriff comm item (for the now-defunct Rim-Ainacam guild comm or "badge comm") that was obtainable by sheriffs, but lacks the comm function or instructions.

[edit] Description
A shiny badge made from silver. It is worn proudly as a
sign of authority. Around the outer rim of the badge is some
etching, which reads, "Honor, Safety, Dedication". It appears
to be well crafted.
You can either "display" this badge with honor, or you can
"hide" it in shame. If you no longer desire to wear the badge,
you may "destroy" it.
[edit] Location
- No longer available. When sheriff was a profession, sheriffs obtained an identical item at the Rim-Ainacam guildhall.
[edit] Notes
- This is not to be confused with "An old, tarnished badge", which is a similar, non-autoloading item obtained in the same location and manner as the original badges were by sheriffs.
