Syntax: investigate [name] victim of [murder or theft]
investigate [criminal] for [murdering or robbing] [victim]
This ability has two uses. The first is to investigate if a player has been the victim of a crime. This will give an amount of information about the criminal, but not necessarily the name... sometimes only the profession or the race can be determined. The second use is to determine if a criminal is indeed the person who committed a crime against the specified victim. This means that the player may only know that 'a dwarf' committed a crime, and must investigate dwarves to see if they are the true criminal.
Success is based on the 'intuition' common skill, and the time passed since the crime was committed.
