[edit] The Years of the Trees

This section will cover the time from the game's public opening to the opening of the doors of Minas Tirith. The founding of the earliest guilds, the wanderings of legends, and so on may be appropriate for this area.

[edit] The First Age

This will cover the rough-and-tumble years between MT's opening and Arda V2. These will be the epic years best remembered as a time of great deeds and sacrifice.

[edit] The Second Age

This section will roughly cover the announcement of the ArdaV2 announcement up until the spring of 2004.

[edit] The Third Age

In the spring of 2004, two great events inexorably changed the fabric of the game. The first event was the implementation of dev22, resulting in the overhauling of all the game's guilds under a new code system and, subsequently, opened up the guildsys for new entries. The second event was the re-release of ERs and the related creation of the Servant system.

This section will briefly cover these events until their current "resolution" which is underway.

[edit] Currently

Currently, the game is undergoing a series of major transitions that will affect playability as well as roleplay and theme. The operations of the guildsys, the future of ERs, and shifts in the administration are all works in progress, often with serious input from the mortal playerbase.
