Dol Amroth

The castle of Dol Amroth, the home and castle of Prince Imrahil, son of Adrahil II. It can be reached by traveling west towards the western coast of Belfalas. When crossing the hills of Tarnost, there in the distance it can be seen, standing tall on the top of the headland, from where its name comes from. From here one can see its banners, with the silver swan-prow ship on a blue background, waving in the air atop its towers. At this headland it has been standing, overlooking the coast and mainland, since the time of its dawn. Home to a house of princes, the highest remaining Númenórean line in the South - after the Stewards themself. From the summit of Dol Amroth's beautiful tower both Man and Elf can see far over the waves.
