Staves are a unique class of items. Most are weapons, but a few are not, including the common walking staff.
- Staves can be either one or two handed.
- Staves can be stored in a staff sling.
- Wizards cannot enchant, counter, or cast without holding a staff.
- Necromancers cannot conjure without holding a staff.
